Lacy Carter

Lacy Lynette Carter, age 29 of Lenoir City, passed away on August 11, 2021. She was a graduate of Greenback School, where she attended K-12. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Fayda Russell Jennings and Uncle Troy Revis.  Lacy is survived by her parents, Sheila and Jason Willis; aunt, Dora Jennings; grandfather, David Jennings; grandparents, Ronnie and Nancy Willis; the love of her life, Bobby Walker; her fur babies, Layla and Rossi; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
