Obituary

JoAnn Renner Wayman, age 79, passed away on April 6, 2022 at South High Senior Living in Knoxville. JoAnn was a member of Blairland Baptist Church and the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.  She was a hairdresser for many years at Sammy’s Beauty Shop in Loudon.

JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband, Danny Wayman; father and mother, Herman and Nellie Renner; sister, Wanda Franklin and brother, Doug Renner. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Curt and Lucinda Wayman; grandchildren and spouses, Cory and Charissa Wayman, Holly and Dylan Durham; great granddaughter, Alice Wayman and soon to be great grandson, Garret Durham; sisters, Linda Edmondson, Denise Green and Catherine Russell; brother, Michael Renner; and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Blairland Baptist Church Building Fund, 730 Steekee Road, Loudon, TN 37774. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Loudon Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Tim Watson and Pastor Jon Henson officiating. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations is in charge of the arrangements.
