Butch Malone

Horace “Butch” Malone, age 75 of Loudon passed on August 1, 2021. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Many people knew him as a musician. He was a Commander of the V.F.W. Post 5150 in Loudon. He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Vaughn; sisters, Gail Vaughn and Jeanie Woody.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Malone; children, John Eric Jeffreys and wife, Christine, Jeremy Goan and wife, Kristy, Thomas Goan and wife, Melanie; grandchildren, Eric Jeffreys, Conner Clark, Naomi Goan, and Silas Goan; niece, Tiffany Calhoun and family; and numerous friends and extended family.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 5 pm -7 pm at Loudon Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. Bishop Maynard Scott will be officiating. Graveside service will be Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 10 am at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at  www.loudonfuneralhome.net
