May 27, 1934 — March 21, 2018

Wayne E. Presley, 83 of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018. He was a member of Silver Ridge Baptist Church for 54 years. He loved working at his church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Nellie Williams Presley; second wife, Sue King Peerman Presley; parents, James "Bee" and Evie (Miller) Presley; brothers, Roscoe, Bobby, Clayton Presley,Gary and James Ray Miller; sisters, Willie Ruth Lynn and Sarah Presley. Survivors are daughters, Sharon Johnson, of Knoxville, Pamela and Larry McCloud, of Kingston; grandchildren, Holly and Dennis DuBose, Christy and Dennis Wolever, Elisha McCloud, Samantha and Cody Tilley; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to the Thank UT Hospice, Renee and the other nurses who cared for their Daddy and especially thank Peggy Russell, Jacqui Stephens, Melissa McPeters and Samantha Tilley. Funeral Service will be held 7pm Thursday March 22, at Silver Ridge Baptist Church, 420 Church Drive, Lenoir City with Rev. Scot Wells officiating. Family and friends will meet at Loudon County Memorial Gardens at 1pm Friday for the graveside service. Military Honors will be provided by the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 5pm - 7pm Thursday at Silver Ridge Baptist Church. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
