Wanda Millsaps

Wanda Faye Millsaps, 76, of Philadelphia passed away Saturday morning July 11, 2015 at home. Wanda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Philadelphia and avid doll collector. She is preceded in death by, parents Homer and Margaret (Giles) Watts; sister, Barbara Stricklan; brother, James"Tater" Watts. Survivors, husband, Billy Joe Millsaps of Philadelphia; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Conway Dukes; sons and daughters and law, Joe and Kim Millsaps, Andy and Karmen Millsaps all of Philadelphia, John and Alicia of Loudon; grandchildren, Josh, Matt, Nina, Lena, Morgan, Eli, Hannah; great-grandchildren, Jake, Carlee; sister, Jane Moss of Richmond VA; brothers, Boyd Watts of Madisonville; Gary Watts of Philadelphia; special friends Tony and Carolyn Bledsoe; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 7:00 P.M. Monday at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Courtney officiating. Interment 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at West View Cemetery.
