Survived by mother, Velda Sue Pack; husband, Kenneth York; daughter, Misty York; son, Grant York; two grandchildren, Savannah and Donovan; sisters, Robin Henderson, Natasha Davis Wilson; brothers, Tim Davis, Chris Davis and Michael Pack.
