PARKS, RUTH SCOTT "TOM" - 97 of Loudon, passed away at her home Sunday evening. Ruth was a member of Loudon Church of God and retired employee of Bacon Hosiery. Preceded in death by husbands, Frank Cannon and James Patterson Parks; son, Allen Cannon. Survivors: son and daughter in law, Jimmy and Wanda Parks; daughter and son in law, Paulette and Ed Cagle, Loudon; grandchildren, Jamey Parks, Brad and Michelle Parks ,Kevin and Jessica Parks , Jona Campbell; great grandchildren, Ethan and Mason Parks, Brittany Parks, Breanna and Raven Campbell; special nephew, Gordon Scott, Loudon. Funeral services 7:00 p.m. Wednesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Fred Cook officiating. Interment 1:00 p.m. Thursday Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
