LAMBERT, RUTH "COTTON MAYNARD - 82 of Watson Rd., Loudon, passed away Sunday October 2, 2011 at her home. Ruth was a member of Union Fork Creek Baptist Church and preceded in death by her husband, of 62 years, J.C. "Whopper" Lambert; son, Jeff Lambert; parents, William Henry & Mary Ella Russell Maynard; sister, Alma Mainor; brother, Glen Maynard. Survivors: son, Hal & Linda Lambert, Kingston; daughters, Vivian & Mike Moser, Loudon, Brenda Mincey, Thomasville, NC; daughter in law, Cathy Lambert, Loudon; sister in law, Elizabeth Lambert Cansler, Trinity, NC and Elizabeth Maynard, Lenoir City; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; nieces & nephews. Funeral services 7 p.m. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tony Curtis & Rev. Jimmy Ridge officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Wednesday Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Bill White officiating.
