Ronald Foister

Ronald Bob Foister, age 74 of Loudon passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021.  He was a devoted Christian of the Baptist faith.  Ronald loved fishing, Cades Cove, singing, and especially his family. Ronald is preceded in death by parents, Ed and Carrie Foister; daughter, Mary Foister Hodge; Granddaughter, Brianna Swearingen; Grandson, Jaden Turpin; Son-in-law, Ron Turpin; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Dewitt and Geneva Robinson. Ronald is survived by wife, Sandra Foister; Children, Terrie Turpin, Duane Foister, Carolyn Hubbard, Patti Wallace and husband Jeff, Kelley Hart and husband David, Shane Swearingen and wife April; brothers-in-law, Dale Robinson, Gary Robinson and wife, Rosalind; Special friends, Karen and Bruce Brown, Melvin Guider, Betty and Ivan Goodman. Ronald is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family and friends. Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Simpson Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Fortman, Rev. Kenny Mead and Rev. Joel Hawkins will be officiating.  Please meet at Loudon Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. if you wish to go in procession to the cemetery.
