Robert Purdy

Robert Houston Purdy, age 89 of Lenoir City, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Fort Loudoun Medical Center. He was a dairy farmer in Philadelphia TN and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Hester Purdy; brothers, Arnold Purdy and Ray Purdy; sisters, Myrtle Barr, Eulah Still and Ruth Branson. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Purdy; sons, Robert Purdy Jr. and Victor Purdy; daughters, Dawn Purdy and Debra Purdy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Purdy, Junior Purdy and Edward Purdy; sister, Dorothy Barr; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
