Rev. Mintz

Reverend Harry Edward Mintz, 85 of Loudon, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017. He preached and pastored for sixty years at various churches. Preceded in death by wife, Edith Mintz; parents, Robert and Mae Mintz; and several brothers and sisters. Survived by children: Imogene Nix and husband, Earl of Loudon, Lynn Harris and husband, Jerry of Erwin, and Harry Mintz, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Amy (Tim) Curtis, Brandy (Larry) Robinson, Andrea (Mark) Albright, Ben Mintz, and Sam Mintz; and great grandchildren, Emma and Aly Curtis, Landon, Elijah and Levi Albright, Bailey, Macy, Ezekiel and Josiah Robinson. Funeral service will be 7pm Monday, Loudon Funeral Home, with Rev. Chad Oody officiating. The family will receive friends 5pm- 7pm, prior to the service. Graveside service 1pm Tuesday in Waynesville, North Carolina. Rev. Larry Robinson will be officiating. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
