Sandra Paulette (Sister) Parks Cagle, 66 of Loudon,Tn passed away Saturday morning December 26, 2015 at her residence. She was of the Church of God Faith and preceded in death by; parents, James (Pat) and Ruth Scott (Tom) Parks. Survivors, son, Jamey and (Leighann) Parks, daughter, Jona Campbell, brother, Jimmy and (Wanda) Parks, grandchildren, Breanna and (Justin) Parsons, Raven Byers and Brittany Parks, Katelyn, Kiara and Caleb Aikens. Funeral services 7 p.m. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Fred Cook. Graveside services 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
