Patsy Headrick

Patsy L. Headrick, age 78 of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, July 6th, 2023. Patsy enjoyed attending Redemption Harvest Church and never missed a service.  She was a jokester, and putting a smile on everyone else's face was her main joy.  

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Headrick; Daughter, Tammie Lowe; Parents, James and Mildred Ford; Brothers, Thurman and Robert Ford. 

Patsy is survived by son, Rocky Headrick and wife Tina; Grandchildren, Nick Headrick, Dennis McLean, Eric Headrick, April Lawson; Great grandchildren, Mason Headrick, Liam Headrick, Chloe Hurst, and Miles Headrick. Patsy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 10th, 2023 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in the chapel of Loudon Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Rebecca Milligan officiating.  Interment will follow immediately after at Solway Church of God Cemetery. Pallbearers include Nick Headrick, Dennis McLean, Eric Headrick, and April Lawson.
