Nancy Downs

Nancy Jane Downs, age 74, of Loudon passed away on February 2, 2022. She was a roofer and a caregiver. She is preceded in death by her son, Mark D. Massey; husbands, Bobby L. Massey Sr. and Sonny Downs; parents, Dennis F. Jaynes and Mary Reba McCloud; sisters, Carrie Fagg, Connie Curtis, Birdie Scott, Kathrine Thomas and Sandra Bennett. She is survived by her children, Sharon E. Brewer, Bobby L. Massey Jr. and Alex Thomas; very special niece, Casandra Curtis; special daughter-in-law, Carolyn Thaxton; grandchildren, Robert Brewer, Samantha Brewer and Kansas Waugh; great-grandchildren, Robert, Alex, Jojo, Brianna, Dixie and Rowena; brothers, Frank Jaynes, Willard McCloud and Gary McCloud; sisters, Patricia Coker and Janet Hicks.

A Graveside service and inurnment is planned for 12:00 pm Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Riverview Cemetery.
