Maxine Thompson

Maxine N. Thompson, 88 of Loudon, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Loudon since 1956. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas F. and Reecie Lee; her husband, Claude R. Thompson; son, Michael Thompson; and brothers, Wayne, Johnny, Charles and Jimmy Lee. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie and Bob Ferguson, of Loudon; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother, Glenn and Sue Lee, of Lenoir City; sister, Martha and Elmer Hatley, of Lenoir City; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1pm Thursday, July 12 at Loudon Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Houston officiating. Interment to follow in Union Fork Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends 11am - 1pm Thursday, prior to the funeral service. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
