Mary Brogdon

Mary H. Brogdon, age 94 of Loudon, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026. She was a proud campground host at the Indian Boundary Campground in the Cherokee National Forest for 40 years.

She is preceded in death by husband, Johnnie Brogdon, grandson, Chase Lambert, parents, Sam and Lizzy Thompson, brothers, Elmer Thompson and Robert Thompson, sister, Johnnie Faye Moore.

She is survived by children, Shirley Gardner and husband Mike, Mary Faye Palmer, Johnny Brogdon and wife Jacque, grandchildren, Michelle Haskell, Jody Lambert, Malissa Lambert, Shane Gardner, Jonathan Brogdon, and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 19, 2026 from 5-7pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Tuesday, January, 20, 2026 at 2pm at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
