Marjorie Morgan

Marjorie Elizabeth "Liz" Morgan, age 63, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2017, after a short bout with cancer. Liz was a member of new Macedonia Baptist Church and a graduate of Loudon High School, Class of 1973. She was a long time employee of Maremont Corporation and was presently employed with Food City, Loudon. Liz was preceded in death by parents, Don Morgan and Margie Morgan; two brothers, Dennie Townsend and David Parton; and her precious nephew-in-law, Jason Scott. Survivors: sisters, Donna Morgan Hamil, Wanda (Tootsie) Townson Hudson, and Loretta Parton McKinley; and brother, Fred Townson. She was lovingly called Bibbie by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. When asked who her favorites were in order, she replied, Jayden, Jordyn and Joni. Bibbie will be missed deeply by all that knew and loved her. The family will receive friends 5pm - 7pm Saturday at Loudon Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Danny Thornburg will be officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2pm Sunday, at New Macedonia Church Cemetery for graveside service.
