Retha Louise Fagg, 87 of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Otis Halcomb and Rose Ellis; husband, Parlon Fagg; daughter, Patsy Jacobs; grandson, Chucky Fagg; brother, JD Halcomb; sisters, Ann Shirley, Betty Fagg and Zelma Hutson. Survived by children and spouses, Charles and Charlene Fagg, Ray and Shirley Fagg, Verline Williams, Bonnie and James Wright; ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; brother, Frank Halcomb; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 pm, Saturday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Brock officiating. Graveside service 1 pm, Sunday, Mt. Zion Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5 pm to 7 pm, Saturday, prior to the service. Arrangements provided by Loudon Funeral Home www.loudonfuneralhome.net
