Loney Thompson

Loney Ellen Thompson, age 83, of Sweetwater, TN, passed away August 11, 2017. She was born July 22, 1934. She was a wonderful mother and loving wife for 67 years. She was an avid homemaker and a great cook. She is preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Addie Huskey; brothers, Fred, Melvin, Beecher, Troy and Roy Huskey; sisters, Ethel and Myrtle Huskey; children, Kathy, Kelli, and Tony Thompson; and daughter-in-law, Michelle Thompson. Survived by her husband, Bruce Thompson; daughter, Connie and husband Jerry Kesler, sons, Tom and wife Carol Thompson, Randy Thompson, and Richard Thompson; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 7:00 P.M. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. Interment 10:00 A.M. Wednesday in Reed Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 prior to the service.
