Jr Humphreys

Jr. Humphreys, age 86, of Loudon, was promoted to be with Jesus on June 25, 2026.

Jr. was a longtime employee of Viskase. He was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. He loved farming and spending time with his family

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Frances Humphreys, and his parents Edd and Mary Humphreys; and his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his son, Randy Humphreys; grandson, Cody Humphreys and wife, Delaney; and great-grandchildren, Wrenlee and Langston Humphreys.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to NHC Farragut Memory Care and Amedisys Hospice for their excellent care, compassion, and dedication during Jr.'s final months of life.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Rick Kirkland and Rev. Clint Greene officiating. Graveside services will immediately follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
