Joe was a member of Gregory Chapel Baptist Church & preceded in death by parents, Joe Smith Sr. & Edith McBroom Smith; Brothers, Charlie and Bill Smith; Sister, Evelyn Smith. Survivors; Sisters, Neda Thompson & Ida Jones; Special Neice, Linda Faye Earle; Nieces & Nephews. Funeral Services 7 p.m. Wednesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. with Rev.Calloway Nichols officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at East Sweetwater Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. for graveside services. Visitation: from 5--7 p.m. Wednesday Loudon Funeral Home
