Jerry M. Dotson

Jerry M. Dotson, age 67, of Sweetwater passed away on May 5, 2026.

Jerry was known for his generosity, humor, and the way he could make those around him feel welcome. He will be remembered for the laughter he shared, the kindness he showed to others and the love he had for his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee and Evelyn Dotson, and his brother, Gary Dotson.

Jerry is survived by his children: Josh Dotson, Jennifer McNabb, Jill Davis, Jason Dotson, Jeffery Dotson, and Jacob Dotson; as well as his 18 grandchildren who were a great source of pride and joy in his life; and extended famiy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Loudon Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 5-7PM at Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7PM. The graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 10:00AM at Corinth Cemetery.
