James Lawson, of Loudon passed away Wednesday January 27, 2016 at his Home. He is preceded in death by his parents; Ike and Rosie (Miller) Lawson, sisters, Gerdie Parks, and Louise Sells, brother, Issac Lawson, step-son, Charles Dwight Williams; and step-daughter, Brenda Bean. Survivors, wife Hazel McKelvey Lawson, daughter, Trish Moon of Knoxville, step-daughter, Kay Williams of Loudon, Helen Aikens of Lenoir City, step-sons, Ed Shackleton of Sevierville, Don Williams of Loudon, grandchildren, Megan Duncan, Brooke Moon, Nikki Moon, Michael Aikens, and Jeff Aikens, sisters, Geneva Presley of Philadelphia, Wilma McKelvey of Madisonville, brothers, Robert Lawson of Philadelphia, Bobby Lawson of Lenoir City, Fred Lawson of Madisonville, Floyd Lawson of Loudon. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Friday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Lawson officiating graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday Simpson Cemetery.
