Howard Crabtree

Howard Crabtree passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026, leaving behind a loving family and a lifetime of cherished memories.

Howard dedicated his career to public service, working with the State of Tennessee within the Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Eva Crabtree and Doris Crabtree, as well as his brother, Harrison "Bill" Crabtree.

Howard is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah; his son, Joshua; his daughter-in-law, Angela; and his grandson, Elliot. He also leaves behind his brother, Jim, and his wife, Marcia; sisters-in-law, Lisa and Susan, along with their families; brother-in-law, Mike, and his wife, Cherrie, along with their family; and his special animal companion, Bella.

In lieu of flowers, in honor of Howard's memory, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 12–2 PM at Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2 PM with Pastor John Pryor officiating. A graveside service will follow at Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
