Gayle Davis

Linda “Gayle” Davis, age 78 of Loudon, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at home surrounded by family.

Gayle adored her family. She loved to travel with her husband. Her granddaughters were her heart and soul. Her hobbies were her plants, Red Hat Society, reading, collecting milk glass, and being with family and close friends. She loved all animals.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Purdy; mother, Verna “Pickle” Purdy; sister, Sandra Kaye Cunningham; brother-in-law, Dale Cunningham; and nephew, Corey Rogers.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Brent Davis; daughter, April Villanueva and husband Brian; granddaughters, Brianna Villanueva and Sofia Villanueva; nieces, Stephanie Cunningham and David Hitch, September and Bryan Helton, Lindy and Doug Smith, and Jenny and Rob Bradford; and nephews, Crawford Cunningham and Tammy, Richard Sampson, Randall and Royal Sampson, Rodney and Becky Webb, Reid Webb, and Ryan and Robin Webb.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date. She will be missed dearly.
