Florence L. Ritchey, age 86 passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Loudon and a member of Prospect Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Tom Ritchey; parents, Wesley and Ada Gardner; brother, Carl Gardner and sisters, Othal steed, Imogene Purdy and Lola Anderson. Survived by sons, Roger (Helen) Ritchey and Larry Ritchey; and brothers, Reid (Louise) Gardner, Tommy (Trudy) Gardner and Richard Gardner. The family will receive friends 5pm - 7pm Thursday, May 3 at Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7pm. with Rev. Tommy Patterson officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. on Friday to go in procession to Loudon County Memorial Gardens for 11:00 a.m. graveside. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
