Elsie Breeden

Elsie Bernice Ward Breeden, age 84 of Vonore, received her wings on April 30, 2015. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was employed at Lakeshore Mental Health for 37 years. Elsie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was always there for her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Robert Breeden; parents, Joseph and Bertha (Self) Ward; grandson, Jeff Gentry; siblings, Betty Jo Kennedy, Charlie Ward, JC Ward and Clifford Ward. She is survived by her daughters, Linda and Brunner Gentry, Martha and David Godsey, all of Vonore; sons, Bobby Breeden of Vonore, Danny and Linda Breeden of Calhoun, Bobby Joe and Diane Shutt of Madisonville; brother, Gid (Bud) Ward of GA.; her long time companion, Chester Price of Knoxville. She was also grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Oak Grove Baptist Church with interment following. Family will receive friends Saturday, 5:00 - 7:00 at Loudon Funeral Home. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
