Edward Lynn Watson

Edward Lynn Watson, age 70 of Loudon, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Mr. Watson served in the United States Air Force from 1972-1976. He retired from Y-12 after 31 years of serving as an electrician. He was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed reading, loved animals, and being in nature.

Mr. Watson was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Remella Watson; and sister, Bobbie LaNell Presley. He is survived by children, Jennifer Duke and husband Travis, Nancy Lamons and husband Chris; grandchildren, Carleen Dunlap and Christopher Lamons; great-granddaughter, Kynlee Dunlap; brother, J.B. Watson and wife Sue; beloved niece, Michelle Presley Ball; nephews, Michael Watson and John Presley; niece, Jill Balew.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 12 PM – 2 PM at Loudon Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 2 PM.   Interment will be at the Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
