Bivens & wife, Lana, Lenoir City; half brothers, Joe Mincey, Mark, David & Jeffrey Bivens; sister, Mollie Mincey, Knoxville. Funeral services 7 p.m. Wednesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. With the Rev. Gary Cook officiating. Internment 10:30 a.m. Thursday, New Hope Cemetery Philadelphia. Visitation: 5 - 7 p.m. Wednesday Loudon Funeral Home.
