Charles Palmer

Charles U. Palmer, age 77 of Loudon, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Charles was preceded in death by parents, Ulice and Anna B. Palmer; sisters, Jane Palmer and Phyllis Henry.

He is survived by wife, Linda Palmer; children, Chris Palmer, Brandi Markowicz, niece who was like a daughter, Samantha Phillips; grandchildren, Kody Hughes, Alex Hughes, Amber Carver, Anneka Carver, Ariel Carver, Christian Palmer, Gavin Markowicz, and Christopher “Bub” Palmer; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Kathy Arden, Skyla Perkey; brother, Eddie Palmer; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
