Charles E. Harvey-55, of Philadelphia passed away Saturday afternoon at ft. Loudoun Medical Center. Survivor wife, Cynthia Jenkins Harvey, son, James Harvey of Philadelphia. daughters, Christy Wilson of Ga. Nancy Johnson of Chattanooga, 4 grandchildren, brothers; Larry harvey Chattanooga,Steve Harvey of Dunlap; sister, Patricia Arron of Chattanooga, mother, Stella Smith of Kingston. Funeral Services 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeremy McNally and Rev. Ernie Cannon Officiating. Graveside services 1 p.m. Tuesday Reed Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Loudon Funeral Home www.loudonfuneralhome.net
