Cecilia Ann Cross Russell, 69 of Powell Passed away Sunday March 17, 2013 at the home of her daughter Sharon Angelia Burnette, Loudon. Cecilia was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church , Maryville and preceded in death by parents, Wayne Roy & Nannie Virginia Floyd Cross. Survivors: Seven Children & Spouses, Ricky Russell, Dale Russell, Powell, Sharon Angelia & Ben Burnette, Loudon, Melissa & Jeff White, Happy Valley, Rebecca & Ronnie Carpenter, Morristown, Bruce & Kayla Russell, Maryville, Amanda Ferris, Estell Springs; 18 Grandchildren' 8 Great-Grandchildren; ; Sister, Brenda Teffetetller, Friendsville; Brother , Dennis Cross, Cocoa Beach, Florida..
