Carolyn Jeanette “Nett” Johnson, age 73, formerly of Loudon, passed away Friday, August 9, 2019. Jeannette loved crafts and Facebook. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Willie Oody; husband, Walter Simpson; and infant daughter, Patty Jo Simpson. She is survived by her husband, Freddie Johnson; son, Brian Simpson; sisters, Geraldine Franklin, Charlotte (Jim) Wiggins, Darlene (Alan) Moser, Bobbie Jo (Rick) Harrell; brother, Arthur Lee (Mary Ruth) Oody; step-daughter, Debbie Lamb; and step-son, Jimmy Johnson.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
