Carl Bruce Watson, age 68 of Philadelphia, TN, went home to be with the Lord on October 5, 2020. You knew when he was around because everyone would be laughing. He never spoke ill of anyone. Everyone that knew him loved him. He would do anything for anyone. He was a cowboy that loved riding his horses and going on wagon trains. He loved touring the country on the back of his motorcycle. He laid rubber to all 48 contiguous states. He always wanted to ride in Hawaii and Alaska to chalk up all 50 states. Live to ride, Ride to live explained him perfectly. He loved his family and his friends more than life. He was loved by everyone that knew him and will be missed deeply. Bruce was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lucille Shirk; his parents, Carl Watson Jr. and Penny Watson; Uncle, Clifford Shirk. Bruce is survived by wife, Alice “Jane” Watson; Sons, Brian Watson and wife Dawn, Wade Watson, Taylor Watson and wife Kelsey; Step-sons, Michael Wooden, and Nick Hudson and wife Amy; Grandchildren, Rylan Watson, Jax Watson, Stephen and baby girl Sabrina Wooden, Tyler, Hannah, and Braden Ellis; Sisters, Donna Mincey and husband Keith, Kim Dailey and husband Dewayne; Brothers, Larry “Pete” Watson, Tim Watson and wife Jeannie.
