Carl Selvidge

Carl C. Selvidge, 98, of Loudon, went to be with his Lord and Savior, October 18, 2016. He was a faithful member of Vaughn Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Hattie Selvidge; wife of 54 years, Lucy Parks Selvidge; ten brother and four sisters. Survivors: daughters, Belinda and Bruce Self and Shelia Selvidge; sons, Richard Selvidge and David Selvidge and wife, JoAnn; Sisters, Faye Ladd, Janice Roberts and husband, Lonnie; grandchildren, William, Mindy, Erica (Andy), David Michael, Isaac (Jessica), Vanessa (Travis), Nicole, and Matt; great grandchildren, Brittany, Noah, Garrett, Bailey, Ben, Parker, Andrew, Brooklyn, Grace, Mia, and Maggie; and several nieces and nephews; Jerry Gail (Hung) and children, Bella & Aiden, who loved him and was loved by him. Special thanks to Covenant Home and Hospice, especially Gynis, and his friends at CVS. Funeral service will be 7:00 pm Wednesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Donnie Crass and Rev. Jason Brookshire officiating. Family and Friends will meet at Loudon County Memorial Gardens, 11:00 am Thursday, for graveside service.
