Bobby Gene Russell

Bobby Gene Russell aka the one and only ‘Bumper Sticker BR549’, age 74, of Loudon, went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2026.

Bobby enjoyed talking on the CB radio and spending time outdoors fishing. He was of the Baptist faith and cherished the time he spent with his great-grandchildren and his beloved dog, Lucy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Herman Russell and Georgia McBroom Russell.

He is survived by Tiffany Moats and husband Ray; Amanda Miller (Calvin); grandchildren Tray Moats and wife Kelsey, Chloe Moats, Jayden Rogers and husband David, Aiden Russell, and Brayden Cook; great-grandchildren Sawyer and Luka Moats, Xavi Bonilla, and Lamina Moats, with another great-grandchild, Vivian Grace Rogers, soon to arrive; sisters Judy Mealer and Peggy Beaty and husband Gary; half-brother Lloyd Russell; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members; special friends Brown Mule and John Deere.

There will be a celebration of life Friday, October 30, 2026 at 2:00PM at East Sweetwater Free Will Baptist Church 204 Glenlock Rd, Sweetwater, TN 37874.
