Benny Richard Walden

Benny R. Walden, age 81, of Paint Rock, went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2026.

Benny worked as a farmer and at Monterey Mushrooms. He loved farming and spending time outdoors. He was a member of High Ridge Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Mae Bradshaw Walden; parents, Edgar L. Walden and Theodore Bandy Walden; brother, Stanley Walden; and sister, Sara Jane Liford.

He is survived by his sons, John Walden, Charles Walden and wife Michelle, and Robby Walden; grandchildren, Beth Ann Walden Richardson, Lynda Rice, Tina Walden, Jessica Walden, Michael Wade, and Todd Walden; many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
