Belinda Ingel Moore, age 55, of Loudon, formerly of Caloocan, Philippines, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Moore.
She is survived by her parents, Antonio and Benita Ingel; sisters, Bernadette Ingel Pandi and husband Dindo Fernando, and Jhoanna Salazar and husband Joselito; nieces, Coleen Beatrice Pandi and Bernadine Pandi; and nephews, Simon Arthur Salazar and Liam Ryu Pandi.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
