Barbara Sue McNabb Watts, 85, of Loudon, left this life Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. She retired from Maremont in Loudon. Sue was a devout Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Watts; parents, Billy and Julie McNabb, and sister, Kate McNabb Parks Key.  She is survived by son, David Watts (Brenda); grandchildren, Katie Beth Watts Eldridge (Collin) and Jake Watts; siblings, Henry McNabb and Becky McNabb Thomas (Danny), as well as many nieces and nephews.

Sue compassionately cared for those around her with joy. She was always considerate, willing, and unable to say the word “no.” She was known for her cooking by her family and the community. If you had the privilege of snagging a mini pecan pie before they were gone, you were a lucky one. Sue was generous, kind, and loving.

A graveside service will be held at Loudon County Memorial Garden on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 11:00 am. Pallbearers include grandsons and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Corinth Baptist Church in Loudon or the Alzheimer’s Association will be accepted.
