Annie Kirkland Everett, age 82 of Loudon, went to be with the Lord with loved ones by her side on Saturday, December 31, 2022. She loved to dance and read books. She enjoyed her time working in the Loudon Elementary School cafeteria for several years.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Chambers and the love of her life Clarence “Dude” Everett, two infant daughters; Angela and Melinda Chambers, parents; John H. Kirkland and Minnie Shirk Kirkland, sisters; Nelda Kirkland, Shirley Giles, Sue Kirkland, brothers; Charles Kirkland and Buck Kirkland.
She is survived by daughters; Kim Shell and husband Paul, Sissy and the late Jerry Foster, sons; Henry Chambers and Charlie Chambers, grandchildren; Ryne Foster and wife Sheena, Brett Foster, Justin Shell and wife Savannah, Henry Lee Chambers Jr., great-grandchildren; Jemma, Nia and Ava Foster, Taylor, Harrison, Georgia, and Madilynn Chambers, brother, Earl “Cotton” Kirkland, sisters; Jean Kirkland, Linda Thompson, and Betty Hagaman, also a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members, special friends Charlene and Tiny.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to Blairland Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 3, 2022 from 1-3pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 3pm with Pastor Jon Henson officiating. Internment will follow at Steekee Cemetery.
