Angela Inness

Angela “Joan” (Palumbo) Inness, age 87 of Philadelphia, TN, formerly of Connecticut, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.  She was born in Peekskill, NY, to Angelo and Lydell (Chase) Palumbo.   She graduated from Mary Immaculate School of Eagle Park.  She worked for Union Trust, Company for many years as a banker. She loved spending time with her family and having them all together at holidays, long drives with her husband exploring and dining out. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts including knitting, needlework, sewing and ceramics.  She was predeceased by her husband, Gabriel, Jr. and sons James, Gabriel III and Clarence Dean; and brother Joseph Palumbo. She is survived by her brother Angelo Palumbo and wife Cheryl; her children Mitchell and his wife Linda, Joan Marie and her husband Rich, Wayne and his wife Mary and daughter-in-laws Eva and Linda P.  Her grand-children Mitchell Inness Jr., Constance Valenti, Melissa Montgomery, Justin Reynolds, Julie Baldwin, Stephen Inness, Sara Gregg and Chas Ruszczyk and great grand-children Kaitlyn and Scott Inness, Isabella and Gabriella Valenti, Amity and Alexa Montgomery, Josie and Lucy Baldwin, and Wesley Reynolds. She had a love for all animals especially dogs, horses and cats. Donations in her name can be made to Young-Williams Animal Center 3201 Division St., Knoxville, TN 37919 or a charity of your choice.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
