Allene H. Henderson

Allene H. Henderson, age 97, of Loudon, went home on Friday, January 9, 2026. She was a member of Stockton Valley Baptist Church and retired from Yale in Towne after 35 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Henderson; grandson, Randy Montooth; son-in-law, Wayne Montooth; and sisters, Jubie Jenkins and her identical twin, Josie Wice.

Allene is survived by her children, Donna Montooth, Steve Henderson and wife Angie, Martha Broussard and husband Pete, and Tommy Henderson and wife Gail; eleven grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Loudon Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Adam Cook officiating. The graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Foshee Cemetery.
