Alice J. Strange, age 81, of Loudon, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben Strange; infant daughter, Karen; eight brothers; six sisters; and her favorite dog, Rufus.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Strange; daughter, Tish Miller and husband Donnie; grandchildren, Josh Strange and wife Ashton, Zac Strange and wife Felicia, Tosha Miller, Ally Raper and husband Chad, Nicki Snipes and husband Bill, and Michael Miller and wife Kimberly; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Arthur Ridge and wife Sharon.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Rev. Jimmy Ridge officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at New Macedonia Cemetery.
