Northern Jenkins

Northern U. Jenkins, age 96 of Loudon, went to his heavenly home, surrounded by his family on Monday, December 17, 2018. He was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from Viskase. Preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Jenkins; mother, Katherine and father, Rev. Clifford Jenkins; brothers, Fred, Coyle and Winford; sisters, Pearl Henderson and Lucille Dills and son-in-law, Bill Bowden. He is survived by daughters, Linda Bowden and Pam and Bobby Culvahouse; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Jenkins and Arizona Jones; brother-in-law, Marshall Lindsey; grandchildren, Leslie and Shane Gourley, Kristi and David Neubert, Brook and Kristi Bowden, Jason Culvahouse, and Jessica Kalin; great grandchildren, Blake & Kayla, Anjelika & Seth, Emersyn & Carter, Kaitlyn & Kason and Tyler; great great grandchildren, Emma & Tate and Brycen & Breia. The family would like to especially thank Ronnie Willis and Avalon Hospice. Funeral service will be held 7pm Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Loudon Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Hickman officiating. Graveside service 11am Wednesday at Loudon County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5pm - 7pm Tuesday, prior to the funeral service. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
